I've dedicated my life to helping ambitious women of color like you break through barriers and create the success they deserve.

After transitioning from the military to the corporate space, I felt stuck—believing my work would speak for itself. It didn’t.

I even pursued several certifications and additional degrees, hoping it would help me break into executive leadership, but I realized the key wasn’t just working harder; it was developing the right skills to think, lead, and communicate at an executive level.

The turning point came when I understood the power of advocating for myself—communicating my value with confidence and clarity.

Once I mastered the skill of self-promotion, I earned five promotions in 7 years, eventually becoming Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

I realized then that success isn’t just about doing the work; it’s about ensuring your work gets the recognition it deserves. You have to be the CEO of your own career.

In my roles at both Fortune 500 and Private Equity companies, I oversaw hundreds of executive promotions and saw the patterns of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.

Using that experience, I’ve built a comprehensive framework that teaches women the executive mindset, strategic communication, and leadership skills needed to fast-track their path to executive roles—without the guesswork.
